Video games, to who is responsible?

Ok, I'm a video games players. I'm specially a huge fan of all the games on Playstation/PSP. I'm playing hard games as Gran Theft Auto, so I'm really aware that games are really dangerous because of the addiction, but also, the violence of some. I don't think so that creators are responsible. As soon as they give the informations about who could buy a game, they're responsible. I mean, the parents have to read the box, and choose appropriate games. Normally, at ten years old, a children cannot choose his game by itself. So, it's parents responsabilities to follow instructions. When I was younger, my brother older than me couldn't have some games because of me. He always had to choose games which whom I could play too.
Sooo, that's what I think.

Embarrassment

Three years ago I was taking the train between England and France. I decided to go the toilet. I did not know how to knock the door because it was the kind of electronick doors. So usually there is a sign which supposed to mean "close", but I did not know about it. I was really sick, so I was doing something "which smell A LOT", and then, a guy came over and open the door. I took quickly my coat to hid me and I run, and I SWARE I found quickly the sign meaning "close the door". When I went out from the toilet, many guys were looking at me, trying not to laugh. But I WAS!!!

the ethical treatment of amimals in scientific research

Hello everyone,

So....I don't have a fixed idea, I think two things:

1/ Animal have rights, there are not our property and should be treaten like we are (with respect). In fact, I think that even though we say that "In this kind of scientific research animals don't suffer", how can we know that?? We have any idea if they suffer or not, we are not in their body. I think too, that we, human, are selfish. Because, when we use animals to save human life, it's really selfish. What about them? Even though if it's to save other animals, it's selfish too. What about the one who want to live?

2/Now, here is the part two! I think, that like most of people I'M SELFISH! And, I know that I've taken at least one time in my life a medecine treatment which have been test on animals. Am I proud of it? NO. Will I do it again? YES. It's the "Law nature": the one who is stronger eat the others...All we have to do now is hoping than someday we will not need them anymore, and they could live in peace...

My research project

Hi, sorry I'm late, sooooooo here is my research project :

"Does hip hop love Obama? : A media analysis"
In 2004, we've seen the engagement of hip hop artist as 50 cent & Puff Daddy into the election with the campaign "vote or die"...But these artist didn't take engagement with democrat or republican. This year, many hip hop artist affirm their engagement for Obama. This analysis will make a comparaison between these two elections, and, show up how does this "Obama + hip hop" has been created.... what are the link?

So that's it. Is it clear??? What do you think about that? Be honest...

Men & women communication

To my mind, men and women communicate differently.
Women are able to talk about their feelings more easily than men. I'm not saying that men don't talk. In fact men will be more confortable to talk with close friends. Whereas women feel quickly confident to communicate their life. Even though men are talking with close friends, I don't feel that they spend many times as women to talk about their feelings. I think that girl are more emotional and men logical. That's why everything is always simple for men, and complicated for women.

It's only my feelings, can't say if it's right.

Darwin's theory of evolution

In France the Darwin's theory of evolution is taught early (before highschool). So what I remember are these few things...

This theroy don't put god into the center. For Darwin, we were all animals and during the time we all evoluated. He's the man who said that we were all monkey.
This theory was a real revolution because it was the first time that somebody opposed himself to the divine creation.

Am I right?

My strengths and weaknesses

Welcome again.

So my weakness is my speaking. I have the vocabulary that I need, but, I feel like I'm always worried about doing mistakes and not been understood because of my french accent, so I do more mistakes than I should.....

My strength is definetely my listening. As I'm used to listen news, series (desperate housewives, csi, prison break) and movie in english, I think that I'm good.

Hi there! Welcome in my blog, welcome in my world and I hope you're going to have good time here. So here are my three statements :

1/So, I'm a french student in Canada who loves music (hip hop, soul, caribbean music, jazz, and many others type) and dance.

2/Two years ago I was studying the master of communication at the University of Sherbrooke and I hope to study journalism next year at Concordia.

3/I'm not really confortable with blog and faceboog things, but I'll try to do my best.
